Trouw Nutrition USA is a leading manufacturer of unique feed ingredients, base mixes and premixes for the agricultural and companion animal nutrition industry.

We are currently searching for a Maintenance Supervisor for our premix plant in Neosho, MO. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to manage the preventive maintenance program for the site and is responsible for the installation, repair and upkeep of the property, including machines, mechanical systems, buildings and structures.

This person will be responsible to ensure safe, efficient and effective operation of all equipment and buildings in order to maximize production efficiencies and minimize cost while meeting customer, Federal, State and Trouw Nutrition safety and environmental protection requirements. In addition, this person manages contractors for capital project work and maintenance activities beyond the site’s internal capability and performs preventive maintenance and electrical, electronic and mechanical activities during the day and on a call-in basis.  This person will be responsible to supervise and train two Maintenance Technicians.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess five (5) years of industrial maintenance experi¬ence or have completed advanced education at a Vocational Technical Institute with studies in industrial maintenance. Exceptional verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational, project management, strategic planning, and computer skills are required. Thorough knowledge of power and control systems including high voltage supply is preferred as well as mechanical experience maintaining/repairing pneumatics transfer systems and mixing and packaging operations.
