Trouw Nutrition USA, LLC has a position opening for a part-time person to provide Office Assistance at its Highland, Illinois corporate office from 8:30 am to 1 pm Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities of this position include processing and distributing external and internal mail, scanning documents and organizing them electronically and providing various office services as requested. In addition, this position is responsible to collect recyclable items from the office and deliver them to the local recycling center as well as run errands within the Highland area.
This is a part-time position and is paid an hourly rate of pay with the hours expected to be approximately 20 per week. This position will require the employee to use their own vehicle; however the employee will be reimbursed for all business use miles. Holding a valid driver’s license and in-force insurance is required.
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required. Good communication and basic computer skills are required. The ability to regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds is also essential. Being able to co-operate and work well with others is a key requirement.
