As Business Applications Specialist, Nathan Mutsch manages Trouw Nutrition’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365, for the company’s U.S. operations.
When he joined Trouw Nutrition in 2017, he played a major role in upgrading the CRM to a new platform. In this role, Mutsch provides user training and technical support, assists with platform upgrades and testing, oversees reporting and analysis, and develops and executes the CRM strategic plan for the U.S. As the U.S. representative to Trouw Nutrition’s global CRM team, Mutsch collaborates with colleagues around the world to identify program enhancements and improve the user experience.
Prior to, Mutsch served as Sales Operations Specialist at Prysmian Group, a multinational telecommunications company, where he managed their CRM and provided user support. In addition to leading the implementation of the CRM to the company’s Latin American locations, Mutsch assisted with marketing campaigns and special projects and customizing forms, views, dashboards and language accessibility.
He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and Master of Education in Business/Sports Administration from Xavier University.
